Cesar Mascaraque    
     

Cesar Mascaraque is Managing Director for Ask.com Europe, overseeing the development of Ask.com and its business operations in the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe.


Cesar joined Ask.com from Google, where he held the position of ‘Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development for Southern Europe’ for over four years.
Prior to his tenure with Google, Cesar was a co-founder and Director of Finexia.com - the UK's leading online asset finance platform.


Cesar holds an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Industrial Engineers, Barcelona, Spain.

Miguel Acosta    
     

Miguel is Vice President of European Business Development and is responsible for Ask.com’s  business development activities across Europe.


He started his career at GBS Finanzas, a Spanish Investment Bank, in 1995, where he became Vice President.  In 2000, he joined the business development team of Yahoo! Europe where he worked on different channels including finance, classifieds, access and most recently the monetization programs across Europe in the Search business unit.


Miguel Acosta is a CFA Charterholder and holds a B.S. in Economics and a Master's Degree in Finance from the Universidad La Laguna (Canary Islands).

Martin Tynan    
     

Martin Tynan is the Head of Human Resource for Ask.com across Europe. Martin joined Ask having formally worked for other household brand names, such as Amazon UK, where he gained strong European exposure, and Vodafone (Ireland) in various HR positions.


Martin is a Chartered Member of CIPD and received his BSc. in Human Resource Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
